Automatic Lubrication System

The progressive centralized lubrication system consists of lubrication pump, progressive distributor, control unit and pipe accessories. The lubrication pump is connected through piping to the progressive distributor and then supplies different amounts of grease to each lubrication point through the distributor metering piston.

Pump

ALPB100 series plunger pumps are driven by high-performance DC motors, are internally equipped with worm gear reducers, and can drive up to 4 plungers to work. Pump bodies are made of die-casting aluminum with stable and reliable performance.

Divider

Through sequential actions of plungers, the progressive distributor progressively supplies lube points. It may be constructed with blocks or pieces. A block-type distributor is structured with one block, with outlet being connected with 6/8/10/12/14 ways, with high operating pressure, suitable for heavy-duty machinery.

Electric Refilling Device

This series electric filling machines, which are easy to operate with less effort and time. Filling with this machine will be free of grease waste and contamination. Place the ADZ grease pump on the standard grease drum directly and energize to fill grease.

System Accessories

Here the system accessories of the automatic lubrication system include joints, pipe clamps, connector, pipelines, etc.
